At Nonimi, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. However, due to the nature of our products, we have the following policy:

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on jewelry items.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Under Texas and Federal law, you have certain rights including:

  • Right to refund for defective products
  • Right to refund if item is not as described
  • Protection under consumer protection laws

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a defective item:

  1. Contact us at hello@nonimi.shop within 14 days of receipt
  2. Provide photos of the defect
  3. We will review and, if confirmed defective, provide a replacement or refund

DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Document the damage with photos
  2. Contact us within 48 hours at hello@nonimi.shop
  3. We will file a claim and send a replacement
